- Cancellation less than 5 days before check-in — prepayment is non-refundable. Cancellation 5 or more days in advance — prepayment is refunded.
- Prepayment can only be made after receiving confirmation of availability via email.
- After confirmation, prepayment must be made within 3 days. If the deadline is missed, the booking is cancelled.
- In case of late arrival without prior notice, prepayment for the first night is non-refundable.
